Cooking in Provence with Rosa Jackson at Les Petits Farcis
What better way to truly experience delicious Provencal cooking, then learning how to prepare it yourself? While in Nice Context:Paris is happy to recommend Les Petits Farcis run by one of our food docents extraordinaire Rosa Jackson, food writer and Cordon Bleu-trained cook. Rosa offers half-day and full-day market classes, with a tour of the famous Cours Saleya market followed by a four-course meal. For real food adventurers, she also teaches two to five day classes, with excursions to unique food related sites in the area. If you don’t have the time to travel down south, you may be led by Rosa or another one of our food specialist on our Paris Chocolate Walk. Bon appetit
